3. The shaft head fittings shown in the forklift shall be made of 45# steel, and the round boss shall be pressed into the countersunk hole of the original shaft head, and the fit relation shall be H7/ S6.
4. On the lathe, the shaft head fracture end is turned off, and boring a countersunk hole with a diameter of φ35mm and a depth of 15mm on the section, and then open a chamfer of 10×60° on the outer circle. By calculation, the bending moment M=1410N· M and tensile force S=7030N of this section are not large, but the cross-sectional area is large, so the cross-sectional force is small.
